Fall hits the square early this year. From Suite B you can smell the leaves on Main Street and hear someone arguing about who brings the cider to Oktoberfest. This page is our plain weekend board for Lake and Porter: verified times, official links, and soft doors back to town hubs when you are also house-hunting. We are not a tourism bureau. We are the brokerage shop at 112 S. Main St., Suite B, Crown Point, IN 46307, pointing neighbors at real calendars so Saturday does not turn into a guess.
Hours 9am-8pm daily. Soft-start live homes on realest.com. Soft-read the town hubs linked below when a place starts feeling like home, not just a parking lot.

How Suite B uses a weekend board
We write these boards so buyers and sellers stop guessing which flyer is real. Official calendars change. Always click through before you load the kids in the car. If a town keeps winning your Saturdays, that is useful house-hunt data. Soft-gate Buy or Sell when the weekend habit is already choosing the map for you. Soft-ask on Ask Realest for short shop questions. Soft-learn on Learn when you want a wider shelf.
Search stays on realest.com. This domain is shop answers and town hubs. No IDX chase here.
A note from the square
We keep this board short on purpose. Seven verified stops beat twenty vague flyers. If rain moves a stage time, the city or parks page wins. If you walk into Suite B Monday asking which town felt right after the festival, bring the honest answer. That is useful. Soft-start Buy when the weekend already picked a map. Soft-start Sell when fall weekends are why you are finally listing. Soft-search homes on realest.com.
