Summertree buyers usually talk about the I-65 hop north and the drive west into the Square for errands and events. There is no South Shore station in Crown Point. If rail is your plan, you drive and park in Munster, Dyer, or Hammond. Drive the leave time you would actually use.

Inside the subdivision you are buying streets and an HOA conversation, not a private lake. For bigger green space, Crown Point and Lake County options sit a short drive away.
